Contract reporting: Provided a better understanding of impacts that may occur by creating documentation, graphics reports about the different types of contracts available to the clients.

Data handling: Provided proof of data mishandling by another telecom company thus saving the company 120k € by monitoring financial and “calls registry” data.

Business performance: Improved our ways of functioning through providing KPI’s and business performance reports.

Billing system: Participated in the creation of a new and more efficient billing system.

Excel / Access database: Made readable massive raw data files concerning payments/billings for anyone, making everyone involved in the daily activities.

European Commission - Assistant Project Manager Internship – 2013-2014

Budget tracking: Saved 50,000€ by making cost estimations and time required on specific parts of the project.

Administrative task: Freed the project manager from project follow up paperwork by dealing with the PID, highlight report, work packages… giving him more time to focus on the project.

Planning: Directed each stage plan preparation, including the Product breakdown structure, Product description and Product flow.

Planning Structure and deadline: Work packages were ready and delivered faster than expected due to me helping with their preparation. Therefore giving more time to work on them.

Monitoring and problem solving of the project: Met tight deadlines by monitoring and solving possible issues before they occur. Created a reaction plan while nominating risk owners (If required) in case a problem should occur.

Configuration management strategy: Provided effective solutions in order to store project's product as well as planning the logistics and the effective transfer of goods.

Create Risk Management Procedure: Effectively compiled a report for future projects to reduce work load and reduce risks and delays within the project.

Supply/logistics: Found an efficient way to get goods from various points to another continent in time without causing bottlenecks in the production.
