More specially, I use the software program, Cognos Analytics, to note the percent decrease and/or increase over a monthly scale. Over 8 months, I have taking a bigger role for ensuring accurate transformation of raw data into actionable market intelligence.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Temple University Gentrification Study August 2015 – August 2016 An in-depth 1-year research study that focused on two major goals: (1) to determine the attitudes of the North Philadelphia community regarding the Temple University expansion into North Philadelphia; (2) to determine the attitudes of the students regarding Temple University’s expansion into North Philadelphia. Study consisted of interviewing community members that have (a) lived in North Philadelphia for at least 10 years; (b) interviewing students from Temple University that are currently enrolled at least part-time. Used Quantitative analyses to study the in-flow and out-flow of not only Temple Students, but Northern Philadelphia natives. Confederate Flag On Campus Study January 2015 – May 2015 An in-depth five-month ethnographic research project on student’s feelings on the Confederate Flag at Bryn Mawr College. Consisted of qualitative notes: interviews and observation; and qualitative methods: “Constant Comparison Analysis” and “Classical Constant Analysis.”
