Summary

"Seasoned Facilitator” who promotes out-of-the-box thinking to continuously generate new ideas to improve processes, service, efficiency, inventory, cost and project schedule. 30 years of progressive experience in Construction with heavy construction environment including, Concrete/Roads/Bridges/Civil/Structural steel. Insurance policies, bonds, bids and safety work of a progressive nature on Federal general construction projects with 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety Class or equivalent within the last 5 years. At least 24 hours of formal safety training within the past 5 years with training for competent person status in the following areas of competency: Excavation; Scaffolding; Fall Protection; Hazardous Energy; Confined Space; Health Hazard Recognition; Evaluation and Control of Chemical; Physical and Biological Agents; Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing to include selection, use and maintenance. Completed 40 Hour EM 385-1-1 certification. Working knowledge of safety policies & procedures, field safety audit & inspection procedures, accident & injury prevention, emergency response, and OSHA safety regulations, construction environmental, health, safety, loss control, and general accounting.
