Responsible for leading and managing polymer manufacturing cells operating 24/7 manufacturing products according to standard operating procedures, manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and shop floor control guidelines. Responsible for training and developing team members in QSR, ISO, SOP, work rules and safety guidelines.
