Automated Active Safety System, Embedded System Design (May 2016)

Designed and built a working prototype to demonstrate CAN based autonomous accident avoidance vehicle on highway by lane changing technique using ultrasonic sensors and ATmega32 microcontroller.

Developed a 3-node CAN based system using embedded C coding to avoid accidental and emergency situations. 3-node CAN bus was simulated using the Vector CANoe software.

The advanced control systems can simulate the human driver completely and direct the vehicle based on interpreted sensory information to identify appropriate navigation paths using CAN protocol to avoid the obstacles. Two Link Robotic Arm, Introduction To Robotic Systems (December 2015)

Built a two-link robotic arm controlled by mini servo motors to maneuver in the space.

Using the Arduino UNO microcontroller linked with MATLAB software and the robotic toolkit, programmed the robotic arm to perform the task of following the path as per the project requirements.

Autonomous Traffic Control System, Engineering major project (May 2014)

Implemented the concept of autonomous traffic system along with three student peers with the help of a modified RC car using Arduino UNO board and Xbee module with a PC as the server.

Practiced troubleshooting techniques for interfacing of various modules and team coordination to develop a successful model system.

Programming for the Arduino board was accomplished using embedded C.

Documented results as thesis for final degree and presented findings for a class of 60 peers and five member jury panel using MS Power Point.

Distance Measurement Using Ultrasonic Sensor, Electronics Workshop Lab (December 2012)

Designed and fabricated a PCB for circuit with 40kHz ultrasonic Tx-Rx pair using ORCAD designing software.

Implemented with AT89C2051 microcontroller which was programed using embedded C on KEIL and RIDE as compiler.
