PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Founder and General Manger – January 2012 to Present, Lupo North America

Incorporated Lupo North America as the Sole Internet Representation of Lupo SA in US.

Built all infrastructures to run the business. Constructed initial website LupoStore.com using a Magento php and SQL platform. Outsourced and Project managed multiple companies for various key business areas. Built and automated lupostore.com with Amazon, Jet.com, Ratuken and 3PLs using various APIs. Principal Software Engineer - January 2011 to October 2011, Boeing Australia Limited (Seattle, USA) – AEW&C OMS Test Team

Testing of the simulated Electronic Warfare (EW) system, through the devising of scenarios and tests procedures. Coordination with customer, lesson planners and software engineers for requirements management and verification testing. Focal for software expertise to the OMS EW test team. Working within the Software Development Labs (SDL), developed simulation test procedures to meet verification of requirements. Managed and audited requirements for test. Ensured test articles where coordinated and configuration managed. Creating scripts, database and scenarios for simulated real world tools to support test. Developed and managed test EW Pre-Flight Message configuration files (PFM). Tested and integrated aircraft equipment into the SDL. Created UNIX tcsh shell, PERL and AWK scripts to automate testing processes.

Principal Software Engineer - December 2008 to 2010, Boeing Australia Limited (Seattle, USA) – AEW&C ITT

System Level testing of Electronic Warfare system, devising lab and flight tests. Coordination with pilots, flight planners and FAA for flight testing. Focal for software expertise to the EW ITT test team. Managed the EW mission data loads and developed tools for verification. Working within the System Integration Labs, developed system test documents to meet verification of requirements. Liased with System Engineering and customer on requirements, verification and mitigation. Developed test procedures for formal tests ensuring that all test articles where properly configured and coordinated . Creating database and scenarios for simulated real world environment (Stage) to support test. Conducted and managed preliminary and formal tests. Conducted initial analysis of identified test problems through debugging of cores, examination of interfaces and analysis of C++ source code. Developed, managed scripts to verify test ESM PFM files. Coordinated team configuration management efforts for Stage scenarios and test article using a scripted UNIX archiving system. Tested/Integrated mission computing system components. Principal Software Engineer - April 2003 to December 2008, Boeing Australia Limited (Seattle, USA) – AEW&C MCS

Developed and integrated the Electronic Warfare Self Protection (EWSP) and HF Radio Interface for the Mission Computing System of the 737 AEW&C. Developed client server applications and drivers on a SUN UNIX environment using CORBA, C++ and JAVA with extensive uses of design patterns. Used Rose for thread analysis, requirements functional allocation and CORBA models used in generating IDL code. Integrated, tested, and supported developed software in target integration laboratories and the target platform. Supervised three other engineers as technical lead in development of EWSP software components. Software focal to the HF subcontractor and supported major de-risking exercise which involved HF radio prototype fixes, correcting interface documents and identifying system issues. Reworked requirements for time, navigation and weapons capabilities using DOORS. Conducted HMI design for flight corridors, threat control and of Flight Deck Tactical Display EWSP symbology to FAA standards.

Senior Systems Engineer - July 2001 to April 2003, Computer Sciences Corporation (Sydney, Australia)

Responsible for estimates, analysis, reverse engineering, and requirements management for the second stage of the Integrated Tactical Avionics System for the Kaman Seasprite Helicopter. Systems Design lead for weapons, radar, and the Ships INS Alignment Subsystem. Reverse engineered and conducted functional analysis of the weapons, radar, SINS, and UHF/VHF/HF radio subsystems for PDR. Defined project practices for the use of DOORs. Prepared requirements changes / ECPs to the issued baselines.

Senior Software Engineer - July 1998 to June 2001, Thales Training and Simulation (Sydney/Adelaide, Australia)

Decomposed/coordinated/ implemented requirements and architectural design of the avionics software component on the AP-3C maritime patrol aircraft full motion Advanced Flight Simulator (AFS). Designed and integrated the avionics simulation models in C. Ported from Ada to C, a simulated radio beacon database access tool. Team/design leader for the work of six engineers to implement phase two avionics work. Managed the aural system subcontractor from requirements definition through to acceptance of product.

Senior Software Engineer - October 1997 to July 1998, Honeywell Limited Australia (Sydney, Australia)

Responsible for preparing software development environment, development/implementation of process and architectural design for a Flight Management System for a CN 235-330. Wrote tool for automatic generation of C to Ada data structures in Visual Basic. Planned software development environment reducing costs by $200K

Software Engineer - April 1995 to October 1997, GEC Marconi Systems (Sydney, Australia/Templecombe UK)

Design, developed and tested software for a distributed data server architecture to implement the Australian Mine Hunter Coastal Combat System. Developed interface, display and driver software in C and Ada in an embedded Unix environment. Prepared a standalone development/integration environment and worked autonomously integrating a sonar system at a subcontractors facility in England.
