Designed and implemented a new interface process to load the Tips amounts from restaurant sales into the Kronos timekeeping application, which was sent as part of the daily transaction feed file for all the Organization retail sales.

Acted as the client technical liaison for the Kronos upgrade from WFC V6.3 to WFC V8.0.7. Was responsible for the testing of time keeping application, various interfaces with external systems post upgrade and time clock set ups and communication with the new version of the application.

Lead and coordinated the activity to update the client payroll processes to interact with a new Third party (ADP) payroll server, as there was a server migration on the ADP end.

Designed and lead a data conversion project for the Vendor related information stored in Oracle HRMS special information type. This was part of the creating a unified system across the client organization for the retails systems.
