Lead Engineer CONSULTANT for GE/RR 787 Legacy
Mexicali Design Team Lead served as a liaison between the Mexicali and the US site.
Implemented the required systems and coordinated training for site team to help them achieved daily design tasks.
Incorporated Cost Reduction Engineering Changes and Design Improvements by following established design industry standards.
Assisted and presented updates on Change Board meetings.
Kept track of FPY, OTD control board, established Design Quality Metrics, monitored design escapes and implemented corrective actions to avoid repeats.
