● Developed In-circuit(white box) and functional(black box) software for Teradyne/Genrad 228X series and Agilent/Keysight 3070 test systems utilizing high level test languages to test PCB’s in the medical, communications, automotive, aerospace, defense and many other industries.
● Designed and developed ATE test fixtures for Teradyne and Agilent testers.
● Developed JTAG boundary scan tests and In-System programming applications for flash memory and high density CPLD’s to be incorporated into ICT programs.
● Integrated completed test sets at customer sites throughout the United States and Canada. Provided technical support after installation and training to customers.
● Developed test strategy and software library development for new analog, digital and mixed signal devices from manufacturers’ data sheets.
● Designed and built hardware interfaces using ORCAD software to automate functional bench top testing on Genrad testers including IEEE GPIB based functional test.
