Proposal Manager

Lead the development and submission of complex, large scale domestic and/or international proposals for senior level utility, energy consulting services. Areas supported- Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, Advisory Services, and Regulatory. Value of most bids ranged from $150K to $2M- over 150 proposals in 2012/2014.

Support included initial evaluation of RFP, risk/opportunity analysis, outline development, major/minor theme development. Extensive writing to support Corporate Introduction, Management and Past Performance Sections. Reviewed technical and management input for correct grammar, themes and discriminators, ensuring the content was logical and supported the RFP requirements.
