Proposal Manager

Lead the development and submission of complex, large scale domestic and/or international proposals for senior level utility, energy consulting services. Areas supported- Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, Advisory Services, and Regulatory. Value of most bids ranged from $150K to $2M- over 150 proposals in 2012/2014.

Support included initial evaluation of RFP, risk/opportunity analysis, outline development, major/minor theme development.
