QA Team Lead for Toyota Financial Services COTS Frameworks Project team of testers responsible for Functional, Integration, Performance and User Acceptance testing phases of Niku application upgrade from version 5.2 to 7.1

Worked with outside vendors, which included Niku developers and management, as well as Cast Iron Systems developers and management, which is the architecture that was utilized to connect the data from and to the customized interface systems.

Managed test team 10-15 for end-to end and UAT testing, which included actual end users as their introduction to the new system. This served as a basis for training end users on new web based system and features as well as testing and reporting issues.

Worked as Team Lead managing team of 10 for Java and .NET web development application that integrated external web system with Charter’s sales lead tracking system and their mainframe internal billing system.

Managed user acceptance and functional test teams, supervising the testing of the releases of different modules of the application as the outside vendor was developing it.
