Managed QA team on C2C Team, responsible for testing all phases of development for on time and successful implementation of web based accounting application, utilizing the order to cash, financial, sales and distribution and accounts receivable and payable modules, performing white-box, black-box, functional, integration, end-to end and UAT testing for International Television Sales Management, which maintained International contracts purchasing rights to show movies and television shows, including the fees, agreed on start and end dates, and the associated payment terms, and the Contracts to Cash application, or C2C, which maintained the customer information, invoicing, payments, accounts receivable, payment applications, and the journal entries that fed into the SAP system at month end. QA Team Lead for Toyota Financial Services COTS Frameworks Project team of testers responsible for Functional, Integration, Performance and User Acceptance testing phases of Niku application upgrade from version 5.2 to 7.1

Worked with outside vendors, which included Niku developers and management, as well as Cast Iron Systems developers and management, which is the architecture that was utilized to connect the data from and to the customized interface systems.

Worked as hands on Team Lead for manual white-box, black box, functional and integration test phase of conversion of mainframe to web application, using Rational Unified Process, for car ordering management system used by all salespeople nationwide for both Toyota and Lexus orders totaling 2 million or 160,000 units per month.

Managed test team 10-15 for end-to end and UAT testing, which included actual end users as their introduction to the new system. This served as a basis for training end users on new web based system and features as well as testing and reporting issues.

Worked as hands on Team Lead managing manual testing of 8-20 functional testers on team of 125.
