Main Duties:

HOST:

● Handed off the guest to the member of staff serving at table.

and take action to correct any problem or issue.

● Responsible to prepare the receipts and collect payments from the customers.

● Obtain customers feedback and satisfaction rating.

● Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for

cleaning.

BARISTA:

● Note orders and serve hot and cold beverages to guest in a timely fashion.

● Communicate with customers, note their preferences and take feedback.

● Perform inventory management tasks.

● Monitor wastage and record consumption of items.

● Open and close the bar station.

● Maintain cleanliness of the counter and bar.
