• Developed a network simulator (Tech Mahindra in-house product) which mimics the features of a Home Node-B Gateway System.
• Ported the SABP (Service Area Broadcast Protocol) in the network simulator in order to simulate the end- to-end call flow for SABP message as a part of Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) feature.
• Worked on a feature which implements Admission Control for the traffic on the IP Network Controller (INC) product which limits the rate of flow through the INC based on the license obtained by various customers using this device.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Parallel and Cloud Computing: Enabling MPI (Message passing interface) applications on multi node virtual environment.
• The main objective involved running MPI and socket applications with high complexity on virtual and real machines and comparing the performance between them.
• Installed Xen Cloud Platform (XCP) on several systems and built a virtual network connecting them.
• Designed a few MPI and socket applications with high complexity to test them on both real and virtual systems. SANA Media Viewer: Developed a media viewer application for the SANA technology platform as a part of the SCORE 2015 contest, which includes an extensive set healthcare tools for the collection, transmission, storage and analysis of medical data. When fully installed and configured, the tools provide an end-to-end system connecting remote healthcare workers to physicians and managing medical data. [Java, Android Studio, C++,MYSQL] Collaborative Design Tool: Developed a web application which facilitates designers in a software organization in planning a project. The designer can use this tool to maintain a central repository for the use cases and also receive inputs for various project members about project planning. Using the application, the designer can choose the collaborators, templates and policy for the use cases and the application will take care of collecting data from the collaborators. The collaborators can also compare previous versions of the use case using the application. [Spring MVC, Bootstrap, JSP, MYSQL, jQuery] Language of Legends(LOL): Developed a programming language by formulating grammar, generating intermediate code and runtime environment. This language handles arithmetic and relational operators, conditional and iterative operations, scope resolution, stack operations, parameterized functions and even error handling.
