Management

Management, hiring, training, teambuilding, development of up to six direct-report managers and 180 hourly personnel.

Complete 180 degree turnaround of dysfunctional labor-intensive operations into a paperless, highly productive operation with increased morale in as little as nine months. Salesmanship of “the vision” to engage the group-effort to achieve the incremented results of the turnaround.

Benchmarked, initiated industry standards, plus application of KPIs.

KPI- Eliminated the need for costly, monthly physical inventory. Applied ABC analysis along with a Cycle Count Plan to lead the company from 81% to 99.96% inventory accuracy rate with up to 25k SKUs. Two turns per year.

KPI- Successfully met strict supply chain and customer compliance requirements for Big Box retailers, such as Wal-Mart, along with RFID while increasing the Fill-Rate from 83% to 99.6% for controllables. Plus complied with JIT guidelines for companies such as Boeing, GE, and DOD.

KPI- Measured, monitored, and engineered labor-standards plus originated/implemented an Incentive Plan to optimize morale and increase productivity by 17%.

KPI- Redesigned, slotted, developed Homeslot locations along with true Replenishment plus implemented a FIFO procedure to increase shipping accuracy productivity by 3.27%.

KPI- Developed the 24-hour timetable, Routing, Transportation Scheduling for DTS & D2C operations to consequently increase On-time Deliveries. Established a daily accountability report for third-party shipping companies to issue credits.

KPI- Initiated research and rectified operational procedures and systems plus implemented Kaizen improvements to reduce OS&Ds by 80%.

Implemented Six-sigma processes along with creation of Static locations to increase productivity by 6.5% by eliminating the need to run a Replenishment Wave for select A-velocity items.

Initiated and developed a Perpetual Sanitation Schedule to meet and comply with the strictest of AIB regulations.
