Implement strategic goals aligned with company’s long term vision for service and the overall business.
Create, allocate and manage service budget ($8.5M) ensuring resources are within budget and applied strategically to meet both immediate and long term goals.
Consulting with the CEO, strategized and executed annual business plan focused on operational objectives of saving costs while delivering high quality execution and on time project deadlines.
Collaborate and leverage the sales and marketing team to increase sales in service, improve overall service work and achieve higher customer satisfaction levels.
Liaise with other Regional Service Managers to determine and consistently apply best practices across Canada.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships within the industry, and with suppliers and customers.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate large scale projects ranging from from $200k-$5 million.
Develop, prepare and present proposals, complete with budget requirements, Pert Charts, and Work Back Structure for the client and applicable stakeholders.
