1107 Broadway Renovation 24 story multi-unit rental property and a Condominium and sq ft 850 to 1,0050 sgft. Each unit needed a full gut rehab, including pool, CMU wall, electrical, structure steel and HVAC systems. Project took just over I year to complete. Worked with the on-site manager to stay on budget and schedule. ($230,0000) project budget. (March 2013-June 2014)

170 Broadway Renovation of 19 story Hotel and a store front sq ft 980 to 1,8050 sqft. Each unit needed a full rehab, including, stud farming, CMU wall, bricks, electrical, structure steel, HVAC systems.

Worked with (GC) general contractor site Manage and Superintendent to stay on time within budget. Project budget ($250,0000). December 2012- November 2013.

Project is a 3-unit building needed complete full rehab coordinate’s all sub on site, sheet rock sub, HVAC systems sub, electrical, iron worker sub to stay on schedule on time within budget.
