A 24/5+ schedule of 60 team members to support four warehouse locations with 560,000 Sq Ft and 1100 SKU’s. SAP, WMS and RF utilized to manage an average daily on hand total of 48,000 pallets of finished goods. Timely shipping of $350m in yearly sales to ensure full shelves and satisfied customers.

Accomplishments

•Awarded the 2014 Nestle Purina Five Talls Innovation Award for engineering a complete reset of our warehouse that resulted in in yearly savings of $124k in productivity outcomes.

•11% increase in man hour productivity 2012 to 2013 through implementing process enhancements of labor scheduling that reduced costs over $175k .

•45% reduction in finished goods variance 2012-2014 by developing and executing a Handling Skill Education Program for operator team.

•Pioneered a program to become the first warehouse within Nestle Purina to generate Zero Waste in 2015
