Managed the selection of an ERP package for a large life insurance provider which allowed them to eliminate several non-supported packaged and custom mainframe applications. The selected system also allowed member agencies to enter data and print reports, which eliminated duplicate data entry while increasing agency satisfaction.

Interfaced multiple ERP packages from 80 subsidiaries (most on different ERP systems) to a separate consolidations package for a large publishing and manufacturing company, reducing duplicate data entry, reducing the period end closing time, and giving them fast insights into the combined financial condition of the company.

Performed a system review for an engineering/device manufacturer/construction company which was losing money due to the time it took to compile financial records. The company had multiple non-interfaced systems that required many spreadsheets to analyze data. Subsequently, selected an ERP system which allowed the company to keep more accurate project records, eliminated duplicate data entry and the need for Excel, and reduced the monthly close cycle by 2.5 months and allowed them to make timely changes to underperforming projects.

Managed the selection of an ERP package for a large national magazine company, replacing highly customized and outdated mainframe applications. The new ERP system allowed them to use the same system for tracking projects, production (manufacturing), and distribution.
