Led team of testers, originally in waterfall before transitioning to Agile, and coordinated with off-shore test team. Assigned and managed the progress of the testing of new functionality projects. Triaged incoming defects. Tracked and reported on defect fixes and release notes for each product release. Attended company meetings as QA representative to report statuses and to advise. Led weekly meeting with Product Managers to prioritize defects to be fixed. Designed test methods and wrote test cases from functional documentation. Coordinated and ran manual performance and scaled load tests to ensure product stability.

Was responsible for the release of over 100 versions of DDMS software, ECi's flagship product, and increased customer confidence in loading new software during my tenure by implementing a series of Release Criteria checkpoint tests.

Automated test processes where possible to increase test coverage and department efficiency. Created scripts for boundary, performance, and stress testing, install testing, and file/folder and text print output diff reporting. Designed and built VBScript Automation framework that provided consistency and versatility of automation projects across all products.
