RBS (Telecom - AT&T, USA):

Reseller Billing System (“RBS”) performs billing for reseller and unbundling telephone companies. CAMPS (Common Ameritech Message Processing System) perform resale rating of usage charges and pass the result to RBS. It’s a development and maintenance project.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Detailed Design and Teat plans as per requirements.

Coding as per the requirements and design.

Code the bug fixes and Enhancement in compliance with Supplier and AT&T standards and procedures.

Involved in Peer Reviews of DD, UTP and Code along with OSC and Client people.

Acting as DPR (Defect Prevention Representative), conducts DP meetings and acting as SQA.

Involving in Mainframes & Open systems tasks.

Involved in Software Testing and Documentation, Analysis of the Business Requirements and the Software Requirements Specifications.

Involved in writing and executing Test Cases, Bug Reporting and Tracking Defects.

Involving and helping for generation of application required reports.

Involving and helping on RDs (Rapid Deployments) related works.

Environment: Mainframes, Teradata, Windows JAVA, JSP, Servlets, SQL, Oracle, PLSQL, MS Excel and MS Access, System Monitor/Performance Monitor, Java scripting, HTML and DHTML.
