WORK EXPERIENCE

• Worked as Entry level packer/Operator in Carlisle Plastics/Tyco Plastics from Jun 2000 to Apr 2003 Role :Started out in packaging. Duties include various quality checks with hourly reports. Placing items in correct packaging and palletizing correctly. Help others. Keep work area clean. As an operator my duties were to ensure proper batch mix. Make sure hopper was pulling from correct rail car/silo. Initiate job changes by draining hopper of previous batch and making new batch, make sure product is good by checking seals, gauge and weight. Bring up lines after maintenance is done working on them. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Some use of forklift.

• Worked as Helper in VMC Signs from Nov 2004 to Aug 2005 Role :Help others install or remove signage. Use templates or patterns to properly align signage going on buildings. Drill holes for electrical wiring. Go inside and hook up wiring and transformers or ballasts to provide power to signs. Ability to obtain class b cdl. Apprentice electrician. Use of bobcat with various attachments, ditchwitch, cement mixer, etc. Use of crane to lift/lower signage. Also put basket on boom to raise/lower personnel to fix/repair signs.

• Worked as Machine Operator in Tyco Plastics from Aug 2005 to Sep 2006 Role :Use extruder to make film and lace it thru machinery to make product. Bag machinery. Bag winders. Use of box machines. Bring up lines after filter changes or general maintenance is performed. Lock out / tag out procedures. Some use of forklift.

• Worked as CDL Driver/helper/warehouse in DHW Well Service from Jun 2012 to Dec 2013 Role :Assist others in building heat treaters, separaters, mud tanks, etc for oil/gas industry. Load trucks/trailers using forklift. Take equipment out to locations or customer yard. Assist in unloading and or hook up of equipment. Get or receive parts. Stock. Go get metal such as I beam, channel iron, pipe etc and bring back to build more equipment. Proper securement of loads according to DOT regulation and state/federal law.
