INTRODUCTION

I am an experienced professional able to run multiple projects within the commercial construction industry with experience in the public and private sector, running projects from conception to completion. Project experience includes; restaurants, truck stops, shopping centers, fitness centers, high-rise, hospitals, schools, prisons, courthouses and firehouses. I performed all estimates and have a hands-on management style. Managed self performed rate-work on Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire sprinklers. I also have extensive Construction Management experience where all work was subcontracted and we provided project supervision. I have a thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles which allow me to utilize my excellent conflict resolution skills. I am experienced in AIA Contracts, Mediation and Arbitration proceedings, and have worked as a consultant to the law firm Kreiser & Associates for many years.

All projects were finished on time, on budget, and at a profit. I was involved in all aspects of project management towards the successful completion of work. I did all the estimating. Managed up to 35-field employees and several office staff. Many projects were bonded public works.

1994 IMC

1996 Project Manager - McDonalds Corp.

Managed the expansion program in the northeast market, ran several jobs at once handling new construction of stores. Took projects from inception to opening with a profit margin of 15%. Schedules were typically cost loaded and effectively allowed for greater control of the construction process.

Project had 12 prime contractors and even more subcontractors with a project that started late but finished on time; successfully represented the school district in their delay claims through AIA mediation.

1990 KEATING

1991 Project Superintendent, I had responsibility for multiple projects in the Philadelphia Market. Clients included

the USPS and Sunoco Oil. While working in the Environmental division of Keating, I successfully ran multiple

projects at a time focusing on UST removals. Our projects finished on time, on budget, and made a profit.

from field engineer to Project Superintendent in a short period of time. My reputation for turning around problem
