Start the lines on Time make sure we had no down time. Inspect the plastic sheet make sure it had the right temperature. Guide it through the former an make sure the ovens weren’t to hot where the sheet would fall or stick to the mold. Once it was clear I would guide it through the trim press where it would cut the cans to its regular form. I would then have one of my teammates check the cans to make sure it had the right weight the right measurements and hardness all around. Through the day change screens from extruder put color calcium and plastic. Also make sure my teammates maintain themselves busy at all times even if it means by housekeeping.

As a line puller my responsibility was to pull the production lines to maintain the lines running at all times. Before pulling line always make sure we had the right line and process order after get of your forklift inspect the pallet make sure your info in your paper work matches the pallet then proceed pulling the line once I’ve sign the release form scan pallet an take it to the storage room.
As a loader my responsibility was to inspect the trailer before shocking it up an locking it out if it passed proceed to lock it an ready to load. I would release the order on our inventory system once it was released in would log on my account am start loading. Once I completed the load I would put the process order into the system making the system print my paper work ready to be signed an give to the driver and be released. Also had to support the line pullers with breaks and lunches make sure they had rack space if they didn’t I would check the inventory system to see what I was able to consolidate an make space. Support if lines were backed up my priority was to make sure the lines didn’t go down an the loads didn’t get shipped out late.
I also had to unload out bounds an inbounds scan the Chep pallets that were order for our production and items. Scan the and vitamins. Inbounds load outside the lot do Ups am Fed Ex when need it to. Had to have a lot of communication skills also being able to be team player and be friendly customers. As I’ve managed to improve my skills through out the years I was able to support an become a better asset to my teammates but most importantly for myself to have better opportunities and improve my skills.
