Major project

Project name: Backend design of 16 channel pulse processing ASIC Tool used: Cadence

Organisation: Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai

The Schematic design of the digital block is carried out successfully in 0.35μ standard CMOS process.

DRC (Design Rule Check) and LVS (Layout Versus Schematic) of the 16 channel readout electronics are carried out successfully.

Minor project

Project Name: Short channel effect on double gate junction less FET Tool Used: SILVACO (Atlas)

Institute: Banasthali University, Rajasthan

Studied the output I –V characteristic of short channel double-gate (DG) junction less (JL) FETs using device simulation.

Analyzed the distributions of electron concentration, electric field and potential in the body channel region.

B.Tech

Project Name: Metro Train Prototype

Technology Used: Microcontroller 8051 family

Institute: College of Engineering and Technology, Moradabad

Used 8051 microcontroller as CPU.

Motion of the train is controlled by stepper motor.

These are the main parts- stepper motor, control unit, 8051 IC, display unit. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AND SEMINARS

Undergone research project based training for a duration of ten months at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai as a part of my M.Tech final year curriculum.

Attended two days Cadence workshop organized by Xinoe Pvt.Ltd. at Banasthali University in 2014.

Undergone training in embedded system for a duration of Six weeks at Cetpa Infotech Pvt Ltd, Noida.
