-Developed and maintained the ICSC Shopping Center Directory, the first comprehensively international online portal of large shopping centers. The Directory currently features over 49000 centers worldwide and is used by all facets of the retail industry including brokers, developers, REITs, and retailers.

-Most productive analyst in company every year when measured by internal performance metrics; between 90-110k new data points added to global data set each year. Overhauled REIT research programs to accurately cover all transactions of every publicly traded REIT in the world.
