Managed the manufacturing of high reliability products (components and SSD) during the entire Product Life Cycle. (Design concept, NPI, High volume production and end of life)
Product manufacturing is executed at a Contract Manufacturer located in Asia and includes part kitting, assembly, test, inspection, packing and shipment plus support to the customer manufacturing team.
Led the activities surrounding all the aspects of the manufacturing of the products including direct communication with Customer and offshore factories, team leadership, schedule, cost and overall program healthiness.
Ensured timely responses from global cross-functional team members to resolve tactical issues or maintain schedule integrity (ie. excursions, supply changes, changing quality requirements).
Managed the delivery of HVM capable high reliability SSD products in a joint venture program with HGST that met end customer needs for quality.
