oReconfigured entire plant layout after major expansion streamlining flow of incoming parts closer to point of use improving productivity.

oLed the implementation of Syteline MRP software. Oversaw/trained all the engineers (20+) on creation of items, Engineering BOM’s & production/fab routers. Coordinated the flow of parts from inventory to production.
