Project Management support for three separate and distinct projects; transitioned to the Global Security Operation Team (GSO) to work on the Web Filtering, IDPS Deployment and Data Leakage Protection (DLP) Project(s)

Web Filtering, IDPS DLP and Avecto Privilege Guard (APG): This project focused on Implementation of Blue Coat Web Filtering appliances, Sourcefire IDPS Systems and DLP procedures and the implementation of Avecto Privilege Guard (APG) Windows privilege suite deployed globally at J&J locations. Initial project deployment of McAfee Enterprise Security Manager as part of the JNJ SIEM initiative. Authored the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) for all functions of the Sourcefire and APG deployments.

Hardware Life-cycle Management Project (HLM): This project concentrated on the replacing servers that were End of Life (EOL) both hardware and OS. Project included the conversion of physical servers to VMware servers. All servers were built and audited to strict IQ/OQ/PQ guidelines. This led to a reduction of expenditure of US $8.6M dollars of the overall project reduction of US $69M dollars. Lead both the deployment team and the decommissioning teams as the project manager in the setup of 370 Microsoft 2003 and 2008 servers and the decommission of 479 Windows 2000 servers.

Data Center Consolidation Project (DCC): As part of the continuing mergers and acquisitions of the business, remote servers were relocated to an Enterprise Data Center.

Disaster Recovery Relocation Project (MOPS): This Project focused on the relocation of non-Production servers to a secondary Enterprise Data Center.

Management and administration of the JNJ Active Directory environment across multiple trees, forests including the modification of DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Objects.
