Air Vehicle Manager

Responsible for leading and coordinating all Air Vehicle related elements for the NATO AGS Global Hawk Program. Responsibilities include interfacing with the functional areas and engineering resources. Focus on ensuring proper leadership and resources are assigned to key projects, developing and coordinating viable production/operations plans, and developing key relationships with critical suppliers to reduce risk and drive execution. Also responsible for working with IPT resources to include Finance, IT, Quality, MRP, Engineering, Supply Chain management and scheduling to allocate resources and provide the necessary leadership to execute the program. Monitor project requirements, work statements, schedules and risk management plans. Ensure timely and complete feedback is provided to all associates to improve their overall performance.

Responsible for on-time delivery of high quality products that meets all contractual requirements and business objectives.
