PROJECT DETAILS:
TITLE: DESIGN OF D-FLIP FLOP USING CMOS LOGIC IN LOW POWER VLSI. DESCRIPTION:
To reduce power and delay of the D flip-flop which is using CMOS logic circuit in Cadence tool. Analyze different design of CMOS logic circuits for low power consumption, less delay and less area utilization. Compare the result with existing D flip flop design and select the best design of D flip-flop. When comparing with all the proposed designs, design of d flip flop using CMOS logic is found to be highly efficient in terms of power, delay and transistor count. As simulated in three different technologies ( 180,90,45-nm technology), d flip flop using CMOS logic is producing best designs in 45-nm technology.

1. Presented a paper “GENERATION OF ELECTRICTY FROM HUMAN BODY” in National Level Technical Symposium at Tamil Nadu college of engineering,Coimbatore. This paper reveals the concept of generation of electricity to power the electronic devices. 2. Attended a seminar on “HAM RADIO” at KIT-kalaignarkarunanidhi Institute of Technology. Through this seminar I have learned about idea behind the use of Ham radio in all fields. 3. Two days workshop on “EMBEDDED ROBOTICS USING ADVANCED MICROCONTROLLER”at Dr.Mahalingam College of Engineering,Pollachi. 4. Two days workshop on VLSI DESIGN OF ANALOG AND DIGITAL USING CADENCE at KIT-kalaignarkarunanidhi Institute of Technology. 5. Presented a paper “DESIGN OF LOW POWER LESS AREA D FLIPFLOP USING CMOS TECHNOLOGY” in the 9th national conference on signal processing, communication and VLSI design-NCSCV17 at Anna university Regional campus,Coimbatore.
