ELS owns and operates lifestyle-oriented residential properties aimed at retirees, vacationers, and second home owners. Portfolio includes some 400 properties containing 125,000 lots in 30 states and Canada.
Property Manager (2008 - Present) Currently managing this 125 acre South Florida property with fitness center, 2 clubhouses, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts. Direct a staff of 22 employees in the areas of sales, administration, property management, security, maintenance, and transportation for this age qualified community with 819 home sites. Responsibilities include P&L management ($8M budget), collections, lease enforcement, bidding/awarding of contracts and maintaining a high level of service.

ANDLIO PROPERTIES (AP), Lighthouse Point, FL
Property/Development Manager (2004 - 2008) Managed a diverse portfolio of residential properties throughout Broward County. Evaluated and determined real estate acquisitions, holdings and depositions. Specialized in condominium conversions, acquiring residential properties which were later up-dated and received extensive renovation and cosmetic remodeling. Additional responsibilities included leasing sales/enforcement, bidding/awarding of maintenance contracts and maintaining a high level of tenant service and satisfaction.

General Manager (1988 - 2004) Responsible for the overall operation, management and fiscal success of this prominent yacht & racquet club. Directed a staff of over 90 employees in the areas of accounting, food service administration, banquet operations, fitness center, swimming pool, marina, and tennis and property management. Responsibilities included the training, development & motivation of managers and employees, planning and executing budget, maintaining a high level member satisfaction and further strengthening the image and reputation of the Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club.
