Bank of America (Digital Payments) – Concord, CA
Role:
Oversaw $4+ million project to streamline and provide an improved customer experience for payments for Bank of America’s pioneer project in the digital payments
Led cross-functional teams of 50+ members (including dev, test, team leads) to deliver competitive payments feature to customers within the defined deadline which increased customer traffic by 20% on mobile.
Applications involved followed waterfall and agile with scrum methodologies.
Scheduled PI events using SAFe Framework. Scheduled grooming sessions and worked with teams to schedule sprint cycles and retrospective sessions.
Project included changes and addition of new features to multiple clients - Mobile app, mWeb and OLB. The changes included changes to the web services, the payment system and new/updated schema for the database.
