Senior Engineering Project Manager

Resolution of multiple complex manufacturing issues related to metal forming, brazing, welding and die forming. Implemented lean manufacturing and provided six sigma training. Over $1M in Capital equipment developed to eliminate extensive capacity constraints. Exceeded cost reduction project target deliverables of 10% annually. Provided retainer to move, train and qualify manufacturing to Mexico upon Division sale.

Relocated 60% of manufacturing process and equipment to Mexico. One of 25 individuals retained to transfer operations to Mexico. Technology transferred was high volume multiple Sunglass frame brazing and assembly lines. .
