PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:

20 years of experience troubleshooting and maintain varies types of telecommunication circuits. Voice circuits using WSC-3, DMR, PRC-7 and mobile radios. Troubleshooting data circuits consisting of various LINK circuits, GCCS-M, NAVMACS, DAMA. Operation cryptologic devices such as KG series systems, KG-84 A/C, KY-58, USC-43, and common fill devices.

SHF and EHF terminals including NMT and WCS-9. Familiar with CISCO products. Installation of cat-5 cable commercial standards. Experienced with Microsoft products for reports and data presentation. Active TS/SCI clearance and experience with SCI networks located in SCIFS and SSES.
