Project Title : “Design Analysis & Fabrication Of Go Kart Chassis”

Team Size : Four member’s

Project Role : Team Leader

Description : A Go-Kart is a small four wheeled vehicle. Go-kart, by definition, has no suspension and no differential. This report aims to model, simulate, perform the static and dynamic analysis and fabrication of a go kart chassis consisting of circular beams. Modeling, simulations are performed using modeling software i.e, Uni-graphics and analysis on Ansys 12.1. The maximum deflection is determined by performing static analysis. Computed results will be then compared to analytical calculation, to check whether the location of maximum deflection agrees well with theoretical approximation.
