NATURE OF JOB:

Hands on experience in processing and handling of Architect I 1000sr for drug monitoring assays.

Trained in processing of both direct and indirect immuno fluorescence assays.

Specially trained in transplant related assays like Flow cross match assay, Lymphocyte cross match assay, DSA screening, HLA typing for class I and class II, c1q, and panel reactive antibody and DSA single antigen assays.

Trained in handling Gene expert for TB- Drug resistant assays, BCR -ABL, and all the assays .

Trained to handle the automated extractor like Qiagen and Abbott DNA & RNA extractor.

Involved in validation study of newer methods of CD4 enumeration.

Hands on experience in flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter EPICS XL-MCL, Cytomics FC500, Beckton Dickinson FACSCount), Hematology analyzers (Sysmex XT-1800i/KX-21, LENA), PCR by automation (Abbott m2000rt) and Genetic analyzer ABI Avant 3100.

Trained to handle Biochemistry analyzers (Olympus AU400, AVL 9180), Microbiological techniques like staining, culture and sensitivity, Immunological techniques like ELISA, PBMC Cryopreservation, Intracellular Cytokine Assay and other immuno assays and ELISPOT Assay, Molecular biology assays like RT-PCR and Genotyping of Various genomes like HIV, HBV, HCV. Standardization of new PCR assays.

Trained to handle both Abbott m2000rt, Qiagen Rotor gene Q, and Applied biosystems 7500 fast DX.

Quality maintenance and documentation related to NABL and ISO 15189:2015.

Additionally trained on Biosafety, Bioethics.
