My previous Job description and responsibilities as HelpDesk analysis: During my project, I worked as print service associate in print services department. I processed two main jobs:

1-Image processing

2-Print processing

After two days of training, setting up computers, domains, Emails, we started with image processing. Image processing job description:

We processed differents type of tax image records with the differents algorithms to process. according to the procedure for each type of tax report, we did some data entry as well as connecting tax jobs to clients if further information required to processing records. Print processing job description:

Print processing was my main responsibility during the project. We worked with virtual print jobs with 12 different statuses according to the level of the process. According to the procedure that was defined in our manual, we must process these jobs and send them to one of our vendors for creating P.D.F sample and physical print.

The whole process of this process divided into 2 main phase: PHASE 1:

In the first phase, we look at our internal tax software's queue to process print jobs and tracking their identity in Microsoft Excel.

During processing of the print job if we saw anything wrong statement with print jobs we had to make documentation of that specific problem. This issue report had included job identity, a screen shot of issue and a full explanation of the problem, that should send to the supervisor for troubleshooting.

When we finished with "phase 1" we should send processed print jobs to one of our vendors to make the sample P.D.F file of these print jobs.

PHASE 2:

1 or 2 hours after sending print jobs to vendors we received Emails from them regarding sample P.D.F print file that they made for us.

After that, we must match the identification( name, domain, tax type, page, etc ) of produced print file that created by the vendor and the print job that processed in phase 1.We also had to do some QA by reviewing the template and fonts of sample P.D.F files to make sure every think looks good and there is no any irregular issue such as overlapping between text and borders. After quality control, we approved the received P.D.F in our internal software and save the P.D.F in the determined folder in the computer for physical print. list of software that we work during this project: 1-Microsfot office(Excel, Word, Outlook)
