Responsibilities and Skills:

Overhauling of induction motors as per motor duty cycle and scheduled checklist .

Feeder maintenance work of MCC, PMCC and HT room as like sudden shut down panel reset .

Installation of new panels as per Single Line Diagram with reference to building diagram.

Resolving the trouble of earth fault.

Deals with the operation and maintenance of ID Fans, Screw Compressors, Twin Lobe Rotary Blowers, Cooling Tower, Recirculation Feeders, Rotary Feeder etc.

Measurement of pressure, current, voltage and abnormalities of all HT & LT equipment like compressors, blowers, 11 KV Fans etc.

Maintain proper enrichment of alumina for better quality of production.

Monitoring of Fume Treatment Plant in SCADA.

Minimum Emission of HF gas and Dust for environment safety.

Start Up and Shutdown of Fume Treatment Plant (FTP).
