Inspect and approved request for inspection prior to concrete pouring of structural works, starts and post architectural works.
Review QA/QC organization, key personnel CV’s are submitted by the contractors and reviewed by relevant personnel.
Monitor of concrete pouring according to approved mix design, sampling of freshly concrete and attend testing of concrete specimen to ensure the required strength.
Check and assure the quality of personnel assigned to perform specific duties to produce good quality.
Review contractor non conformance (NCR) and site observation notice (SON) to evaluate submitted recommended dispositions for approval and final closure.

Initiating and supervising independent third party at project site ensuring compliance with the project specification.
Check all delivered materials and equipment on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification.
Oversee, checks and monitors construction activities at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specification and construction safety standards.
