Experience in Production Planning

I possess over thirteen years of hands-on experience in production planning and scheduling in a multinational publicly traded food manufacturing company. I assumed a management role during the last four years where I mainly focused on executing the production plan for the Starbucks account, which contributed to over $50 million in annual revenue and over 90% of the company’s production volume. I have experience in collaborating with stakeholders at many levels including head-office in the United States, as well as customers and distribution centres in the United States, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. My ability to translate business requirements to successful production plans will generate customer and stakeholder satisfaction for your client.

Competence in Manufacturing Processes & Systems

Your client is looking for a candidate that possesses competence with manufacturing processes including Lean and JIT. I am a certified Kaizen Green Belt where I led numerous Kaizen continuous improvement projects. An example of this would be a time when I led a cycle time reduction project where it contributed to a 20% reduction in changeover time for the plant. In addition, your client is seeking a Master Planner with ERP software experience. I have ten years of prior experience working with ERP Navision where I also participated in its system implementation and rollout. During June of last year, my current employer changed its system to SAP, which means that I have an in-depth working knowledge of SAP ERP as well. I am confident that my expertise and proficiency in Lean, ERP software and SAP will enable me to make an immediate positive impact in your client’s organization.
