JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepared quality assurance plan and work instructions. Responsible for assuring that all measuring instruments are in calibrated state. Incoming material inspection.

In process material inspection.

Maintaining 5s activities within the workplace.

Preparation of SOPs for various processes.

Prepared all production and quality document for Audit purpose. Responsible for analysis of customer complaints and 8D preparation. Preparation of CAPA records.

RCA of critical errors through fishbone diagram, Pareto diagram and scatter diagram. Vendor evaluation.

To judge the stability capability of process and machine by doing SPC. Die casting material first piece approval .

Inspection of aluminum and zinc die casting products. Effective utilization of 3M (man,machine,material). Conversant with line balancing, kaizen and lean event analysis. Carrying out final QA inspections.

Working from technical drawings.

Validation of special process.

Material identification and traceability.

Carrying out audits and inspections.

Conducting visual mechanical inspection of components. Maintaining traceable records that can be used in audits. Looking after production and in process quality of products Knowledge of ISO/TS documentation.

Generation of electricity from piezoelectric crystal. Team size: - 4 people

Duration: - 2 months

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

Piezoelectric crystals are naturally occurring material which has the ability to produce electricity from lattice deformation when pressure is applied over the material. When pressure is applied over the material there is a breakage of binding bonds which leads to disorientation of charges within the crystal and this unbalance of charges causes the flow of electricity which could be stored to the connected battery.
