When another contractor fell behind on the schedule, shell entrusted the entire four-unit, 64,000 work hour turnaround project to Zachry. Despite the tight schedule, icy rain, and freezing temperatures Zachry completed the distilling turnaround on schedule and more quickly than any time in the plants history. I scheduled and supervised crew assignments to maintain productivity and comply with project specifications. I determined labor, materials, and equipment required for various task. I scheduled crews according to size and complexity of task, and instructed the foreman regarding desired labor methods, equipment and materials necessary to complete the project. I reviewed and analyzed reports to assess work efficiency.
