Not everyone has what it takes to quit a satisfying job, say goodbye to family and friends and engage in a totally new profession on the other side of the world. Well, I am not everyone and my life these past three years has been anything but ordinary! I lived and worked in two different countries in Southeast Asia as well as traveled an additional sixteen countries across four continents.
