Work Experience:

October 2013 thru October 2016 Phoenix Construction, LLC

In September of 2013 I was interviewed for the position of Chief Operations officer for Phoenix

Construction, LLC. It consisted of assuming and reworking a company that was setup for Oil and

gas development specializing in development and leasing of facilities to service companies. With

this I had to establish a new office management and subcontractor base from architects,

engineers all the way down to cleaning people for work in Eagle ford Shale play and Permian

basin area.

With the new strategy in place we went on to produce many jobs ranging from 7800 sf steel

buildings on 3 acres developed property to over 20,000 sf on 10 acres. Delivering all on or ahead

of schedule. Unfortunately the oil markets dried up and I could not convince the owner to diversify

so I am now looking for my next challenge.

Feb 2012 thru September 2013: Four Seasons Development, Houston Texas

In this position of Construction manager, I oversaw the general management and onsite

management of commercial and industrial jobs from College station to Robstown. Having

responsibility of subcontractor negotiations and scheduling to material procurement and

scheduling.

2005 2011: Self employed

General Contractor: This position has me responsible for all aspects of business, including

complete business management, estimating, scheduling, customer relations, establishing and

maintaining budgets, Subcontractor negotiations and quality control. Architect and engineering

coordination.

In this capacity I have been the preferred builder in Bluegreen communities, Sanctuary Cove and

The Estates of Sanctuary cove on custom homes, commercial buildings as well as joint venturing

with 8A minority contractor for work at Kings Bay Naval Sub Base.

Unfortunately the bottom fell out in 2008 and struggled through until deciding to try Texas.
