Real Time Bus Monitoring System:

This Project deals with tracking of moving vehicles in a real time. In the existing system, a person waiting for a bus may want to know its current location in order to save time. Finding out the same over a phone call is not always advisable due to the noise caused by the heavy traffic. Real time bus monitoring application is a proposed idea which provides a solution to retrieve the location of the bus dynamically through android driven mobile phone with internet connectivity. The global positioning system corroborate with global standards in mobile network to update the location coordinates of the bus to the server. Proximity alert is a technique used to generate fixed radius alert about the present location. Google map is used for navigation and display the location of the bus visually. Proposed system will provide more accurate waiting time in a given location compared to the existing system with the help of GPS on board.

Have won trophy for Athletics in a District level competition held at Kanchipuram.

Have been a member myself in National Service Scheme, through which I involved in social causes like teaching at orphanages and rural areas, organizing blood donation camp, doing voluntary services at various community homes.
