Presently working as a Design Engineer in R&D Department of M/s Autotech Industries India Pvt. Ltd. Chennai, from Sep 2015 to Present.

Designed & Developed pattern work for the rocker arm we manufacture for various O.E.M around the world like Cummins, JVS, Wartsila, Scania & John Deere, and DAF.

Used SOLIDWORKS and CREO for Designing these models and getting pattern out of it by assigning suitable gating system.

Designed patterns are simulated through MAGMA software.

Designed Special purpose Machines & fixtures for various Rocker arms.

Designing of new products and making improvements in the existing products.

SKILLS SUMMARY

Used ANSYS software for various static structural analysis.

2-D drawings generated in AUTOCAD.

Developed Process Flow Drawing for Machining.

Have experience in preparing the T/S/ ISO Documentation.

Prepared and transferred documents of Design to the vendor manufacturing company

Have experience in DFMEA and PFMEA, APQP& PPAP Documentation

Working knowledge on GD&T.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Design & Developed a New “SAND MOLDING MACHINE” with squeeze concept (Semi-Automatic) for Foundry use at Low cost.

As a Design engineer, involved & assisted my team in manufacturing and developing Rocker Arm and Support Assembly for John Deere- LMB-D976, DAF- MX13 & MX11 Engines.
