During this period being a part of the quality team as Quality supervisor/Quality engineer at AAR Precision Systems Fl. In this role, responsible for compliance to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and have been instrumental in updating and creating the processes to reflect the changes in the Quality Management System at AAR. In addition, some key responsibilities included: training of line inspectors, implementing gauging, setting up tracking of first pass yield, reduce failure modes, and to identify and reduce escapes within our processes. Prior to this at AAR my duties included compliance to FAR 145 with AAR’s Repair Station as Quality representative with return to surface authorization.

In addition to the above responsibilities:

Set up and qualify programs for F-35, F-22, Cessna, BAE countermeasures, and Northrop Grumman Laser System programs.

Set up and qualify the internal Ultrasonic Capability program (NDT) in house.

Set up and obtained the qualification for the A-10 wing replacement program for Boeing (Composite Wedges).

Norton Fab & Design (Self Employed) 2001-2004

Perform fabrication of structures and parts from start to finish staying within initial estimates in accordance with customer satisfaction. Fabrication of processing equipment for Copher Co. and Greenleaf of Tampa (Ford Co.), while keeping within all E.P.A. standards.
