Duties include assisting the structural engineer with inspections and reports, coordination with MEP subs to avoid any conflicts on the field, arranging schedules for different tasks, and reviewing shop drawings to make sure they comply with master plan specifications. Managed different scopes of construction completely at a later stage like glazing, balcony railings, main entrance canopy installation, which included coordination with engineers for all documentation needed for in- spections, contacting suppliers for quotes and creating purchase orders, developing schedules, attending subcontractor meetings, maintaining budget, managing construction labor and many other tasks to ensure project completion. Man- aged entire insurance mediation case due to water leaks found in the building that were provoked by deficient bath- room tile installation.
