Spearhead quality meeting regarding related issues.
Knowledge on 8D report generation.
Audit the production area to ensure that QC controls and SOP’s are properly implemented
Support customer in-line audit.
Product quality and material incoming quality issue handling
Specification review
Issue and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
Review quality inspection daily reports for any quality problems, gather all relevant data concerning the problem and report to concerned units for immediate corrective action
Provide yield improvement action plan/projects thru team brainstorming.
Attend to problem lots and customer complaints, gather relevant data and provide information and feedback to customers and concerned company personnel through reports
Conduct orientation for QA inspectors regarding WI and internal products criteria.
Conduct engineering evaluation of new material, tooling jigs and process in production line.
