SUMMARY:

Organized team activity and monitored progress to successfully meet all project deadlines. Performed research, analysis and reporting in support of producing academic publications. Possess bachelor’s degree and paralegal certifications using various research tools.

EXPERIENCE:

Team Leader

I supervised a team of four members focused on researching data for inclusion in an academic paper for a principle professor of economics at GMU. The work included organizing the team to efficiently cull from a variety of research databases and government data repositories for examples of how the marketplace handles the needs of disabled persons. I made weekly collection of research products from the other team members and assembled those for submission, review and direction of follow-on research. My research required an understanding of how to locate and interpret the information along with solid reading and comprehension skills. This included processing selected data using statistical methods to find specific correlations between public policy and outcomes. For example, I deduced the impact on disabled persons resulting from various social and private policies. Additionally, I wrote and submitted multiple technology and innovation short papers for inclusion in the final paper.
